ICS’s marketing strategy is to establish itself as a neutral third party certification authority for the IP communications market, filling the need for network independent user validation services, while providing customers with a cost saving back office functionality of provisioning and auditing services.

ICS has divided its market into groups

(i) service providers that will be reached through integration with partners in the peering and interconnect industry that serves such service providers;

(ii) the enterprise/government market that will be reached through integration with partners in the IP-PBX (Internet protocol private branch exchange) and SIP (session initiation protocol) trunking industries that serve such enterprises/governments;

(iii) and Voice 2.0 providers offering VoIP telephony applications.

A single alliance partner agreement in any group yields the ACerted Trust subscription volume of multiple individual service providers or individual enterprises. ICS markets directly into these channels. Pricing models for the service are based on a one time registration fee and an annual subscription fee per telephone number registered.
