Numbering Suggested for Legal Robocalling

Last fall, in a letter from the National Association of Attorneys General, thirty-nine Attorneys General (and why not all fifty) asked the FCC for some help on a growing problem.  The topic?
The seemingly unending barrage of unwanted and harassing telemarketing calls that continue to disrupt our lives.  In turn, the Commission asked for input on this topic, to include, information about technologies now in existence or under development that could help block these annoying calls. InCharge Systems responded.
